Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and identify potential clients, educating them on our roofing and restoration services.
- Help homeowners and business owners understand storm damage restoration, including the insurance claims process, and schedule inspections.
- Communicate the value of our services and assist in the insurance process to make restoration easier for property owners.
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training to continually improve your skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, roofing, restoration, or home improvement is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to build relationships with homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters.
- With uncapped commission potential, a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed are key.
- Reliable transportation to travel daily to job sites and canvassing locations.
- Ability to use CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and client interactions.
