Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Administration, proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, and a strong understanding of revenue operations best practices. In this role, you will partner across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to streamline processes, optimize lead scoring and routing, and improve funnel analytics. You will leverage your project management skills and knowledge of CRM, ERP, and sales productivity tools to drive operational excellence and align cross-functional efforts to achieve revenue goals.
This role is a hybrid position, the employee must be based in the Greater Seattle area and be in office in Bellevue, WA 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing configurations, customizations, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.
- Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce to improve visibility across revenue-driving teams.
- Leverage Salesforce best practices for lead scoring, routing, and funnel performance tracking to ensure accurate and efficient lead management.
- Oversee data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and governance processes, ensuring robust reporting and analytics.
- Implement and support best practices in segmentation, offerings, headcount sizing, territory design, quota setting, and incentive compensation.
- Analyze and refine sales and marketing processes to identify bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions.
- Partner with marketing operations to improve lead qualification and routing, ensuring alignment with sales teams to maximize pipeline opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights through robust data analysis to support decision-making on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on shared goals and streamline operations.
- Collaborate on the ideation, planning, and implementation of business processes and tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a project manager for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
- Design and implement processes to improve the efficiency of deal desk operations, order management, CPQ, and lead-routing workflows.
- Establish and maintain an operating cadence to support Sales and Customer Success teams with performance insights and operational support.
- Understand and evaluate the current tech landscape, including CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and sales productivity tools, to recommend and implement improvements.
- Present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner to influence senior management decisions.
- Manage competing priorities with flexibility, particularly during peak periods like end-of-month or end-of-quarter.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000. Our compensation packages also include a performance based bonus and equity. Compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
