Job description
The Branch Manager reports directly to the C-Suite. This General Manager role is responsible for managing the operations of the facility, providing leadership, ensuring customer service standards, and supporting sales, operations and continued growth.
Who we are:
Vanir Installed Sales is a construction management company which specializes in the installation of exterior siding. With eight branches across the Carolinas, our clients include local, regional and national homebuilders as well as multi-family GCs.

As the Branch General Manager, the successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facilities of the branch. They need to be approachable and work well under pressure. They would have construction field experience, sales abilities, and office management skills.
Daily duties would include but not be limited to:
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Interview and recruit new employees.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
*5 years of Management experience
*5 years of Construction experience
*Results driven, self-directed, organized, and detail oriented
