Position Overview
As a Field Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of our siding installations. You will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, managing material deliveries and pickups, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely delivery of materials to job sites, ensuring that the correct materials are available for installation.
- Order and arrange for transportation of additional materials as needed.
- Continuously inspect job sites to maintain quality standards, providing guidance and coaching to subcontractors for improvement.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices across all sites.
- Proactively monitor project timelines, identify when houses in the subdivision are ready for siding, and communicate that to the office staff.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractor teams to ensure smooth and timely installations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our team and customers, regularly updating them on project progress.

- Construction Experience: Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in field management or installations, will help you hit the ground running.

- Self-Starter: You’ll have autonomy over your schedule, so being highly organized and able to manage your tasks without constant oversight is a must.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Comfort and proficiency with modern technology and software tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license required
