Job Description
The Construction Manager provides supervision and leadership during a construction project. Responsibilities include adherence to company value and the dynamic management of budget, schedule, administration, quality and safety as per owner’s standards and direction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide construction management activities on Heathcare projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and on schedule, and also monitor cost and project performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Maintain management and project facilitation for the successful completion per compliance, contractual, owner and Vanir's requirements.
Oversees construction management of projects including Master Plan Phase, Procurement Phase Pre-construction, Construction to final occupancy and close-out.
Assumes the lead in project meetings, and supervises work of others to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses, and follow-up on actions items of all participants.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in technical disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent technical area of study.
10 years experience in applicable field.
Experience in management of HCAi / OSHPD healthcare projects is a plus.
Psychiatric Hospital, County of San Diego experience, and CMAR procurement experience is preferred (not required).
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $115,000-$120,000.
