Job Description
This is a standalone Senior Project Manager position responsible for coordinating the procurement, design, permitting, and tenant improvement construction of a 15,000sqft Food Services Building under HCAi jurisdiction.
- Develop Div 0 & 1 documents for contractor procurement.
- Coordinate with County stakeholders on design and construction matters.
- Manage Cx, closeout, and turnover packages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word is highly desirable.
