The Role:

• Teamwork is key! You'll work alongside a partner to complete your daily tasks and take pride in every job
• Provide top-notch commercial & residential exterior washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning services using the best equipment in the industry
• Commercial projects may require working off lifts to access larger buildings or high spaces (not mandatory, but if you're comfortable with it, we’d love to have you!)
• We also extend our season by specialize in Christmas lights installation for both residential and commercial clients—making the holidays brighter one home and business at a time!
• Outstanding customer service is a core value—treat every client like they’re family
• We are looking for individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and proud of their work
• Potential to grow into a part-time sales/technician hybrid role depending on interest and development

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience needed—we provide all the training you’ll need
• Ability to lift 80lbs and comfortably handle extension ladders (up to 25ft)
• Previous experience in home service industries (construction, roofing, landscaping, etc.) is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working off lifts for commercial projects (experience is a plus, but not required)
• You’re hard-working, humble, and hungry to succeed—we hire for attitude, and we’ll teach you the rest
• A willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
