Job Description:
Job Overview: The role involves leading the solutioning, implementation, administration, and optimization of Dynatrace environments to ensure seamless monitoring, performance, and scalability across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, strategic architectural vision, and hands-on administration skills to drive business outcomes through proactive observability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for Dynatrace, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on implementation best practices, configuration, and optimization
- Lead end-to-end Dynatrace deployments, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Synthetic Monitoring, Real user experience monitoring setups with extensive dashboarding skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and implement tailored Dynatrace solutions.
- Manage, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and architect scalable Dynatrace solutions, aligning with enterprise cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises architectures.
- Good to have experience of Sumologic and Quantum metric tools
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders at all levels
- Stay current with Dynatrace updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in all Dynatrace implementations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years focused on Dynatrace implementation, administration, and solutioning
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Dynatrace Certified Professional or Dynatrace Master Certification is preferrable
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
