About The Role
Vanna Health is looking for an enthusiastic Philadelphia Market Intern to join our growing team for 3 months. This is a hybrid role focused on supporting our pilot program in Philadelphia with project management and member engagement. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, organized, and excited to learn and grow with the company. This role reports to the Director of Regional Operations and will work closely with Operations, Member Engagement, Marketing, Community Care, Data, and Product. The hours will be up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects with Operations, Member Engagement, Marketing, Community Care, Data, and Product
- Identify and attend community outreach events to represent Vanna
- Communicate with prospective members and partners in an empathetic and professional manner
- Plan and attend Vanna open houses and other member and partner-facing events
- Support with administrative duties in the office as needed
- Manage Vanna’s social media accounts
Need to Have
- High school diploma
- Passionate about working within the community and helping individuals with serious mental illness flourish
- Tech-savviness and basic computer skills, proficiency in Google Suite
- Located in or near Philadelphia and familiar with the community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn quickly and receive feedback
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Educational or working experience in community or behavioral health
