About The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Software Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team for our core product, Decrypt. In this role, you will build and manage a cross-functional team that allows users to find the right data from our holdings and create new ways to work with our data.
What You'll Do
- Team Building : Develop and lead a strong cross-functional team that allows users to find the right data from our holdings and create new ways to work with our data.
- Workflow Development : Design and build scalable, reliable, data-intensive new workflows that allow our customers to use our data more insightfully. Build workflow building blocks to serve as a foundation for other teams within the company.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance how the decrypt team works with horizontal and peer engineering teams to drive collaboration and higher engineering standards.
- Career Development : Mentor and develop the engineers on the decrypt team to achieve their high potential and become leaders within VL engineering.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, mission success, and our customers, leveraging your communication skills to ensure effective teamwork.
