About the Recruiter Role
Are you a fast learner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding the right talent match? Vannin Chief of Staff is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our dynamic Chief of Staff consultancy, working with our Head of Professional Services. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the linchpin in identifying top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish, and supporting operational and business development initiatives. This is a flexible, part-time contract role with the potential for growth and placement bonuses.
This will be a 1099 contract, part-time role working remotely in the Denver / Front Range metro area . New hire(s) must commit to being onsite in Cherry Creek 1x / week. Total weekly hours may vary based on project volume but hours will be capped at 20 hrs / week. All team members are invited to work from our co-working space in Cherry Creek as needed.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Identification :
- Utilize job boards, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and databases, to proactively source potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies for candidate outreach and engagement.
