The PROJECT MANAGER (PM) is directly responsible for all aspects of the effort and shall have the autonomy from the corporate headquarters to execute the effort unimpeded by corporate management. Therefore, the Project Manager must be highly qualified and possess general supervisory experience, supply management experience and transportation experience directly applicable to this effort.
Essential Functions
The Project Manager is the senior on-site corporate official responsible for the overall success of the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. The Project Manager is responsible for managing all on site functions in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. The Project Manager regularly consults with and reports to EVP concerning project performance. The Project Manager establishes, facilitates and fosters teamwork among project management team and work force. The Project Manager thoroughly understands the contract and ensures accurate execution of Performance Work Statements, Task Orders, Safety Plans, and all other project-related plans and procedures. The Project Manager is responsible for $10M of equipment at Fort Gregg-Adams, Joint Base Langley Eustis JBLE and Fort Story.
- Takes direction from Corporate to establish, implement and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and relevant laws and regulations; identify the need for and implement corrective action and ensure overall contractual compliance.
- Thoroughly understands the contract and ensures accurate execution of Performance Work Statements, Task Orders, Safety Plans, and all other project related plans and procedures.
- Establishes, facilitates and fosters teamwork among project management team and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR); motivates management/staff teams to plan and execute functions necessary for successful contract compliance; provides direction and supervision as necessary.
- Establishes and maintains liaison with on-site client agencies and representatives; consults regularly to evaluate and ensure client satisfaction with TTSI performance.
- Evaluates subordinate management and staff and develops their potential; encourages, recognizes and rewards top performers, and corrects or replaces non-performers.
- Uses proactive fiscal controls to ensure that contract and corporate ROI objectives are met.
- Provides daily direction to managers to ensure successful completion of assigned PWS
Minimum Requirements
· The Project Manager must also have specific management experience in Theater-level asset management or Corps-level supply, maintenance or asset management.
· The Project Manager must have a minimum fifteen (15) years of management experience in Army logistics operations and knowledge of Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS).
· The Project Manager must have experience with contract financial management and knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) and GCSS Army.
· Additionally, the Project Manager must understand ISO and quality management system program level functions.
· The Project Manager is required to have a SECRET security clearance.
General Requirements
· Proficient with TAMMS, GCSS-ARMY, AESIP, V-SAT, Microsoft Office, and FEDLOG.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to complete and prioritize tasks on multiple concurrent projects within given time frames.
· Work well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people.
· Due to frequent contact with confidential information, discretion and trustworthiness are essential.

Education and Citizenship Requirements
· US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English.
· Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
· Bachelor’s degree Material Maintenance Logistics or Operations or a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience and knowledge of military maintenance management and operations, or other related discipline from a recognized and accredited institution.
· Desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
