A day in the life of a Coordinator, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at VF looks a little like this.
As part of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Team, you will oversee all distribution and inventory management of all VF’s FTZ’s to ensure compliance of FTZ and Customs and Border Patrol regulations. You will work closely with the distribution centers, customs compliance, and customs brokers, to ensure regulations, inventory transactions are accurate, and to resolve issues that would cause delays.
You will also have exposure to all VF portfolio brands.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Hiring Range:
$60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. - Operate the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping system. Verify inventory transactions; process and verify FTZ related data.
- Track and manage receipts by monitoring inbound shipments; prepare in-transit entries (in-bond) and or permit-to-transfers with CBP.
- Coordination with other departments impacted by imports.
- Conduct audits of transactions and processes and make recommendations on improvements.
- Maintain proper record keeping and management reporting (may include weekly financial reports).
