We are a small, locally owned independent insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized service and comprehensive coverage solutions for our clients. Specializing in auto, home, and business insurance, we pride ourselves on creating meaningful relationships and ensuring our clients have the protection they need.

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in helping us connect with potential clients and offer tailored insurance solutions.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospects to understand their insurance needs, build strong relationships, and provide customized quotes and proposals. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather Information: Communicate with prospective clients to obtain necessary details about their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Build Relationships: Establish rapport and trust with prospects through active listening, empathy, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Provide Quotes: Utilize our quoting systems to generate accurate and competitive insurance quotes for auto, home, and business insurance policies.
  • Present Proposals: Clearly explain policy options, coverage details, and pricing to prospects, ensuring they understand their options and the value of each solution.
  • Offer Solutions: Tailor recommendations to meet the specific needs of each prospect, addressing questions and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Follow Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads, prospects, and existing clients to build long-term relationships and retain business.
  • Document Activity: Accurately record client interactions, quotes, and sales in the agency management system.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with underwriters, customer service representatives, and other team members to provide exceptional service.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
