What are the responsibilities and job description for the Press Operator - Third Shift position at Vanseal Corporation?

You will make parts for American manufacturers who produce many different kinds of goods you see and may even use every day.
Press Operators must remain focused on the molding process, which includes:
- Handling the tools used to make the parts
- Inserting the tools into the press
- Removing the tools from the press when the press has finished cycling
- Removing the parts from the tool
- Inspecting the parts for defects
- Completing a variety of different paperwork associated with the production of the parts
This job requires individuals who can:
- Stand for at least 8 hours at a time
- Lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Visually inspect the parts and have good eyesight
- Quickly remove the parts and have good manual dexterity
- Read and write in English to communicate
Manufacturing Experience Preferred. $17.00 hr. ($15.50 $1.50 shift premium)
3rd shift: Sunday -Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
