Job Overview
The Solutions Management Department at Vant4ge plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and client needs, ensuring that our professional services and solutions align with the goals of human services and correctional agencies. The department has a focus on team members engagement throughout the lifecycle of our offerings—from presales to solution design through implementation and ongoing support. The collaborative environment encourages staff to cross-train, sharing knowledge across roles to foster adaptability and provide comprehensive services. This approach not only enhances the quality of client interactions but also ensures that our team remains versatile and responsive to evolving needs of client-agencies.
The Solutions Analyst is responsible for independently managing the requirements-gathering process, analyzing workflows, and ensuring client needs are well-documented and aligned with product and services capabilities. Analysts work closely with client-agencies to validate the effectiveness of the solutions being implemented. This is a full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, matching 401k and generous paid time off. This position is located in the Tallahassee, FL area with occasional travel required.
Job Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between client and company and facilitate client validation of the solution.

Provide advanced client support by facilitating the client meetings to elicit details so complex issues can be solved.

Requirements gathering including but not limited to client workflows, user roles and permissions, any attribute needed for the product department to develop and design the solution.

Conduct in-depth analysis to find the best solutions that balance client needs and product/ service capabilities. To include software mastery of all modules.

Documentation of information received during requirements gathering in associated project artifact(s).

User acceptance testing including the ability to create and document all needed module testing and outline of test acceptance criteria to be used to validate the client platform.

User guide development for each software module to create a single client user guide outlining all available functions and modules of their platform with continuous updating.

Client support including the ability to navigate the client platform and understanding client use of the platform. Being cognizant of and tracking any client support issues and supplying assistance to the support desk as needed to review and resolve the client issue.

Client training including the development of training plans, training content and conducting user training sessions.

Participate in cross training staff as requested

Demonstration of experience in the following areas are key:

Training and Mentoring of Employees and/or Clients on Project Management Practices
Qualifications
-
Ability to pass state and federal background checks and CJIS certification.

Experience working with projects that are multi-site (multi-facility) as well as national, statewide or multi-state.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge working with human services and correctional agencies

Minimum of 5 years in a Customer-Facing Consulting Capacity or highly collaborative, multi-functional team leadership or coordination

Previous experience in the public sector is preferred

Previous experience in the Criminal Justice Industry is highly desired

Experience in Service Portfolio Management (managing several Programs/Projects)

Ability to provide professional references

Experience evaluating business processes, skillfully gathering business requirements, anticipating problems, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

The ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and to respond well to questions
