We seek a founding AI/ML Engineer to collaborate closely with our Founders in developing innovative AI systems tailored for the advertising technology sector.This role encompasses fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), refining control-net-based diffusion models, and applying traditional machine learning and data science techniques to construct predictive models.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in machine learning, computer vision, or diffusion models
- Proven expertise in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning and utilizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning
- Prior experience in AdTech-related machine learning, facilitating a smoother transition into the role
Primary Responsibilities:
