As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting strategy, leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably, growing and developing talented engineers, and cultivating a healthy, results-driven culture on your team to deliver significant value to our customers and enable our business to scale.
In this role, you’ll be leading a new team in our Data & Integrations platform area, focused on evolving and scaling the resource ingestion, evidence generation systems and interfaces at the core of Vanta’s business. We have a wide range of goals — we aim to :
- Scale our system by multiple orders of magnitude
- Support development of greenfield products
- Help our users leverage the Vanta platform for their entire third-party ecosystem.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. The base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions / bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
