A building automation business is looking for an experienced BMS Estimator. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating project bids, developing accurate proposals, and supporting the sales cycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and qualify incoming project bids, ensuring alignment with company goals and capabilities.
- Generate pricing and quotation estimates based on specific project specifications, including part quotes and labor estimate
- Prepare detailed and accurate proposals ready for project take-offs
- Work with the sales team to refine proposals and prepare up to date project documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC
- Effective and proven communication skills
- Experience in project bidding processes
- Able to work in conjunction with other teams - Sales, Engineering etc
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
