Controls Engineer
Billerica, MA
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team at a bespoke machine builder, where everything is built onsite and then shipped to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience programming and maintaining Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs. You will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of control systems. This role requires onsite work 5 days a week in Billerica.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and configure Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain control systems.
- Perform regular system upgrades and ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve designs.
- Provide technical support and training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience with Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
