We are looking for a Field Service Engineering Manager to lead large-scale projects (ranging from $10m to $100m) in the renewable energy sector.
This role requires strong project management and people leadership skills, with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
The position involves coordinating diverse teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and engineering teams.
Oversee project schedules and milestones.Identify cost overruns and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to technical contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Experience managing diverse teams and coordinating large-scale projects.
Strong skills in cost management and contract adherence.
Experience in renewable energy (BESS, wind, solar) is a plus.
