A client within the Charlotte area is looking for a Service Engineering Manager to manage field service technicians. The client is a market leader in the renewable energy industry (Wind and Solar).
The Role
As a Service Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Field Service Technicians on a daily basis
- Ensure customers have minimal downtime
- Liaise with management and energy management companies
Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the Service Engineering Manager role, we are looking for the following:
- 3 years of people management experience
- Experience managing 5 service engineers
- Electrical Engineering background (desirable)
Compensation Package:
- $120,000
- 401k match.
- 15 days PTO.
