Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Automation Field Service Engineer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls' building automation systems. You'll be responsible for the installation, service, and commissioning of these building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the installation of Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls' building automation systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on existing building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for customers.
- Commission new building automation systems, including system configuration, programming, and integration with HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support, both remotely and on-site, responding to service requests, resolving issues, and offering system upgrades or enhancements.
- Work with project managers and engineers to ensure successful integration of different automation systems, providing feedback and technical expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installation reports, system configurations, and troubleshooting logs.
- Provide on-site training for customers on system use, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations when working with building automation systems.
