Procurement Department
The Procurement team is responsible for securing the equipment Vantage’s data centers require to function. The team leads these efforts from conception through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, New Site Development, and Engineering along the way. Procurement also works closely with vendor partners to come up with a vertically integrated design, and we manage these partners to deliver the projects on schedule and budget.
Vantage is unique in that our technical staff is given the responsibility and authority to directly drive the process. Our internal team can align long-term operational sustainability with value engineering and cost metrics to deliver products aligned with corporate goals. This approach empowers each member of the team to drive high- impact decisions and even more impactful results.
Position Overview
This role can be based in : Denver, CO, Ashburn, VA, Phoenix, AZ, Reno, NV, Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, Columbus, OH, or Atlanta, GA and is in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). #LI-Hybrid
Vantage is seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of power substation equipment. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality equipment for our power infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Essential Job Functions :
Strategic Procurement & Sourcing :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for power substation equipment.
- Manage the supply base to align with Vantage’s long-term goals.
- Optimize inventory management and financial forecasting.
- Oversee the entire procurement process from contract to commissioning.
- Implement new processes and tools to support business growth.

Additional Details
Salary Range : $120,000 - $140,000 Base Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
