Position Overview
This role can be fully Remote or based at one of our US locations :
Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible)
Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our P&C team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our Workday platform, reports, and configurations to support our HR IS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday HCM, a strong understanding of Workday processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Configuration and Business Alignment :
- Configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, and Finance to meet the business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and the reduction of manual processes.
