Registered Nurse, unencumbered Massachusetts license.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.
- Minimum of two (2) year experiences as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.
- Including geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing.
- Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
- Organizes and directs the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.
- Infection Preventionist for Long Term Care required.
- Powerful knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Solid understanding of reimbursement.
