PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN Staff Educator :
The RN Staff Educator oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident / staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening.
