The company hours are 7 days a week, with 10-hour shifts. The expected hours for this role will vary, and plan to be 24 hours a day for the production facility in the near future. Employees' hours vary and are dependent on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes daily building rounds, recording various building systems information to be reviewed by Facilities Manager for any operating discrepancies
- Conducts equipment and material movements throughout the site
- Assists with testing and troubleshooting supporting HVAC, irrigation, lighting, CO2, HPLC, and other equipment necessary for operations
- Performs routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC);plumbing, etc.)
- Ensures proper performance, maintenance, and operation of all extraction and formulating processing equipment and all package filling equipment
- Performs repair or general maintenance work for facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites, including electrical, plumbing, and maintenance tasks
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment regularly; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Completes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, and waste removal in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Associate degree or equipment maintenance/facilities experience required.
- 2-3 years of experience working with PLCs, HVAC, and facilities (pharmaceutical or hemp/cannabis extraction highly preferred)
- 5 years of experience working as a FacilityTechnicianor in related fieldsis desirable
