What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Vantage Management?
Vantage Management is looking for a reliable individual, full-time, to join our team in the Mobile, AL area.
If you are reliable, able to work well in a team, like to do things right and have experience in the maintenance or construction industries, we want to hear from you!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- In unit inspections
- Property curb appeal including walking to pick up litter
- Make ready completion
- Regular unit maintenance
- Use of apps to report completed work orders, communicate with corporate, and report hours.
Knowledge of and experience with plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs, along with painting, basic carpentry and general property maintenance tasks are necessary.
- MUST pass a complete background check to be eligible
- HVAC certification required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
