What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Calls- Phlebotomist position at Vantage Medical Associates?
Vantage Medical Associates is a rapidly growing multi-specialty group practice. We are looking to fill a position for a phlebotomist able to complete house calls. We have a large patient population who are homebound and in need of in home care. Blood draws are crucial to evaluating and treating these patients. We will provide a driver and optimize the route to see 20-25 patients per day. We have openings in our Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Nassau county territories.
You will be joining our highly experience team of physicians and nurse practitioners to provide care in a house call and outpatient setting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for routine outpatient care. Vantage Medical Associates specializes in providing quality care in our community
Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to the following:
- Experience with phlebotomy
- Ability to work on a team
- Interest in provide good patient care
- Visits patient homes to evaluate and perform duties
The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy experience
- New York State Licensure
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Experience with house calls

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
