Role Description
This is a commission-only role for the first 12 weeks. After the probation period, the salary will range from £30,000 to £50,000 GBP, depending on experience (DOE).
The CRM/BDM will be responsible for collaborating with our lead generators, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The role will involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
As our business expands, there will be opportunities for international travel to our teams in New York and Miami, as well as to our clients in Singapore. Additionally, we are currently planning a trip to India to establish our new charity, Vantage Health!
We aim to have office team days in London when possible. However, this is a 95% remote role, and due to having an international team, office attendance and travel are not mandatory. We have a fantastic team relationship via Zoom! So, if you prefer staying at home and are not much of a traveler, don’t worry, we encourage you to apply too.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within our three branches:
1. Large Enterprises:
Targeting industries such as FMCG, Telecoms, Aviation, and Pharmaceuticals, with services including content creation, copywriting, video campaigns, and SEO marketing campaigns. Deal sizes range from £50,000 to £1,000,000 with commissions between 5% and 10%.
2. Marketing Agencies:
Connecting them to brands through lead generation and scheduled meetings, and offering international expansion services. Monthly fees range from £4,900 to £8,900 with a 30% commission rate.
3. Small Businesses: Targeting industries such as Restaurants, Accountants, Roofers, Lawyers, and Clinics, with services including social media management, SEO marketing, and website creation. Monthly fees range from £750 to £2,500 with commissions between 15% and 25%.
