Job Description:
Delivery Skills required are: -
(1) Advanced Technical Proficiency: -
- Expertise in IAM and AAA technologies, including identity lifecycle management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), identity federation (SAML, OAuth), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Familiarity with IAM and AAA solutions from various vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk).
- Experience in creating and maintaining access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
(2) Strategic and Operational Management: -
- Skills in developing IAM strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks that align with business objectives and security requirements.
- Ability to oversee the design and implementation of IAM architectures and solutions that support business processes and enhance security posture.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies for IAM and AAA systems.
(3) Leadership and Team Management: -
- Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and develop a team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to delegate effectively, set clear objectives, and provide feedback and support to team members.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to plan, execute, and oversee IAM projects and initiatives.
(4) Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: -
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate IAM system performance, identify trends, and address complex issues related to identity and access management.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance IAM and AAA functionalities and efficiency.
- Ability to coordinate and manage crisis situations, ensuring rapid response and recovery while minimizing impact on business operations.
