About the Role
The Environmental Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing facility operates in compliance with all relevant environmental regulations. This includes overseeing air permitting, water pollution prevention, solid and hazardous waste management, and spill prevention and countermeasures control. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Title V operations and experience working with government agencies such as ADEM, Health Department, Local City, EPA, and others.
As a member of our plant leadership team, you will work closely with production workforce and upper-level management to ensure that environmental goals are met while also promoting productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence a multi-discipline team.
