The Manufacturing Site Engineer develops efficient systems, processes, and machines that result in high-quality products.
Duties /
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with the Director of Manufacturing and / or Technician Manager to set and assess priorities across teams.
- Supervises tooling operations, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards.
- Assesses cost effectiveness of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepares and implements the departmental budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
