Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is seeking a Full-Time Security/Concierge to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our Residents. Arcadia is looking for the right individual for our overnight position. Work Schedule: Full-Time (10pm-8am) 70 hours per Pay Period
This person would be responsible for some light maintenance such as:
- Disinfecting high touch areas
- Bathroom checks
- Trash collection
- Carpet cleaning
- Changing ceiling light bulbs
- Checking fire extinguishers
- Checking water temps
Security responsibilities would include:
- Safety rounds inside and outside community
- Point of contact for fire and other emergency situations
- Answer phones for Independent Living residents
- Other tasks as assigned
