A successful addition to the team will enjoy working collaboratively but be able to work independently with minimal supervision, quickly prioritize and adapt to shifting project urgency, and be willing to occasionally travel to communities.
While we support continued learning and enrichment, and celebrate a culture that encourages learning new skills, there are base level requirements for this position that include but are not limited to:
o Strong copywriting skills, able to adapt tone to different audiences
o Experience with video editing a plus (Adobe Premier/Rush)
o Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
o Project Management software (Asana, etc.)
o Marketing automation and email platforms (i.e., MailChimp)

General day to day responsibilities will include…
Creative:
- Updating or duplicating/rebranding existing collateral and materials (brochures, inserts, etc.)
- Drafting (writing and designing) new marketing materials when assigned within existing brand standards.
- Drafting event support and other miscellaneous materials when needed.
- Collaborating with sales & marketing teams to prioritize a fluid list of projects.
- Helping coordinate print processes, including portal and promotional item sourcing when needed.
Social Media and Digital Management:
- Coordinating with community teams to plan and execute social media content using a cooperative editorial calendar
- Monitoring social media pages to respond to comments, see trends, and make recommendations.
- Working with community teams to uphold brand voice and standards
- Monitoring websites, review pages, etc. and communicating errors or necessary updates to appropriate team members.
Project Coordination:
- Helping move and prioritize projects as assigned.
- Updating the project management system with current project status
- Assisting in collection & reporting of ongoing projects
- Coordinating & following up with stakeholders to keep projects on track and updating when timelines shift.
The right candidate should have…

While we support continued learning and enrichment, and celebrate a culture that encourages learning new skills, there are base level requirements for this position that include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university (or degree in-progress) in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- 2 years’ experience across:
o Strong copywriting skills, able to adapt tone to different audiences
o Experience with video editing a plus (Adobe Premier/Rush)
o Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
o Project Management software (Asana, etc.)
o Marketing automation and email platforms (i.e., MailChimp)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel within a 2-hour radius of the Exton, PA headquarters for occasional off-site meetings.
- Previous Senior Living experience is a plus.
