We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. This role offers a structured schedule and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a process-driven environment while working independently.

- Structured schedule: Work 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during business hours between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM (specific schedule to be determined).

What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Complete routine administrative tasks such as processing policy changes, client record updates, and renewals.
- Use our resource tool to independently find answers and follow processes.
- Keep accurate, detailed records and ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
- Handle client questions or issues with professionalism and empathy.
