- Review Data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into billing applications
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete/incorrect entry
- Support Operations teams with daily tasks.
- May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents.
- Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- 1-3 Years & High School Diploma; An entry-level clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions.
- Passion for data.
- Ability to prioritize projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Spreadsheet experience.
- Experience with billing systems/applications
- Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
