What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant I position at Vantage Recruiters, LLC?
This is a part-time 12 month contract position, 18 - 20 hours/week, 3 days per week. The position will be hybrid after training.
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, and faxing.
