Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive neurological exams to diagnose conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRIs, CT scans, EMGs and EEGs.
- Prescribe medication and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions and management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification in Neurology and fellowship trained in Neuromuscular Medicine
- Fellowship training preferred, but not necessary if experienced with EMG skill.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not necessary
- New grads are welcome.
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
