About The Role:
You will work with a team of software engineers who are responsible for shipping features across the Vantage product. The team is fast-paced and is constantly shipping to production.
What You Will Do:
The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $6,000 - $7,000 per month. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and education stipends.

About The Role:
You will work with a team of software engineers who are responsible for shipping features across the Vantage product. The team is fast-paced and is constantly shipping to production.
What You Will Do:
- Work directly with our engineering team and a mentor to build and ship new features.
- Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code.
- Own end-to-end feature development - including measuring and reporting on customer impact.
- Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language. We use Ruby for our backend, and are happy to teach it.
- A product-oriented mindset with a passion for listening to and delighting customers.
- Available full-time for 10-12 weeks in our office in New York City between May and August.
- A kind person.
- Experience with a web framework, such as Ruby on Rails, Django or Express.js.
- Experience with a front-end framework such as Vue, React or Angular.
- Previous experience working within a startup environment.
