Your Impact as Director of Finance and Strategy
You won’t just oversee financial and operational processes, you’ll also be a stakeholder in setting the strategic direction, optimizing efficiencies, and driving innovation while maintaining our company’s strong foundation.

Financial Leadership & Innovation
  • Modernize financial strategies while preserving our history of success.
  • Lead financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting with a balance of innovation and GAAP compliance.
  • Implement thoughtful process improvements that enhance efficiency without disrupting time-tested practices.
  • Identify opportunities for financial growth while ensuring fiscal discipline and sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring finance team members, providing skill development opportunities, and encouraging professional growth.
Operational Excellence & Business Strategy
  • Drive key strategic initiatives that balance tradition with innovation.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders to enhance sales and marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
  • Evaluate sales teams and performance companywide, including periodic call listening and sales training sessions, and identify opportunities for optimizing sales strategies, team development, and innovative approaches.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and strategic expansion.
  • Guide real estate planning and operational scalability while maintaining financial prudence.
Strategic Marketing Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to analyze key financial data and provide insights that enhance marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Evaluate marketing initiatives and assist in aligning financial structures and budgets to help optimize advertising spending for maximum effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and recommend enhancements to marketing investments and strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure financial resources are strategically allocated to support high-impact marketing initiatives and market expansion.
People Leadership & Cultural Stewardship

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with executives, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence — a leader who builds trust, fosters collaboration, and drives synergy across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management while respecting legacy systems.
