Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in New Hope, PA. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and addressing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer communications, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role also involves understanding customer needs and providing analytical insights to improve user experience.
