Assistant Store Manager - TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE
Applicant needs to be self motivated with some background in customer service and sales. Must be willing to learn in a fast paced environment and able to develop, improve and maintain SOP's.
Paid Commission and Pay Check Weekly!
As a Take 5 ASM you will assist in the overall daily operations of the shop, assisting the Store Manager with efficiency and profitability. Other responsibilities will be to facilitate customer service needs, training new employees and assisting in meeting sales and financial goals for the shop.
Our franchise is on the move and we are opening new shops rapidly! Start as a Assistant Manger, show us leadership and business skills, and possibly have your own store within 6 months!
