About the Role :
The Temp Inspector 1 is responsible for performing incoming inspection onsite at the customer's location, performing data entry, performing minor rework and other duties assigned by the supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Prioritizes which inspections to perform based upon workload and job priorities.
- Inspect product at the customers location. Product will need to be 100% inspected for visual defects, functional defects and documentation issues.
- Assist QC department by performing data entry into SAP as required.
- Effectively communicate to engineer and supervisors when there is a defect found on the product inspected at the customer site.
- Assist in un-crating mechanical assemblies as required.
- Create and compile quality records as defined by the Quality Management System and / or by Customer specific requirements.
- Undertake additional responsibilities or activities as required by the Supervisor
