Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSummary / ObjectiveThe Plant Manager is a senior manufacturing leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of one or more factories including Production, Quality, Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Environment, Health, & Safety within those factories. With the primary goal of driving profitable growth, meeting strategic objectives, and ensuring excellence across the assigned area while adhering to company policies and standards, the Plant Manager works closely with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Engineering, and all other functional leaders. Essential Functions
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring efficient and on-time production, quality control, cost management, and adherence to safety regulations. Participating in daily accountability with the Daily Business Review.
- Monitoring financial performance against budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, driving profitability, and managing capital expenditure.
- Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing production team collaborating across all functions and utilizing a competitive and pay-for-performance culture.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, implement new technologies, and drive operational excellence and Lean initiatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through Quality, Lead Time, and Delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and environment, health, & safety procedures.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to access and navigate each department in the Office and Factory Floor.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. However, depending on workload there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed. Employee is expected to work the hours necessary in order to timely and satisfactorily complete all necessary work tasks.TravelTravel is not required for this position.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Master's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.Previous P&L ownership.Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, strategic planning, and market understanding including data center, renewable energy, utility, and industrial segments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships. Technical appreciation of products and solutions.Proven track record of achieving operational goals, driving growth, and delivering results with experience opening new facilities preferred.
