Job Summary
This is a full-time position responsible for various aspects of transformer manufacture, including welding, buffing, winding coils, and core & coil assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent speed and accuracy in production
- Maintain quality standards while increasing productivity and efficiency
- Operate machinery correctly and report any issues to management
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet dates and goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
- Required to be authorized to work lawfully in the US
