Position: Warehouse Lead
Your primary objective is to ensure that customer needs are met and that he/she will be a loyal ongoing customer. To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your warehouse location, inventory management, receiving and fulfillment's, cycle counts, transferring inventory, managing re-order points and stocking levels, customer deliveries, serving walk-in customers, and answering phones. In addition, from time to time, you will be inside sales support for the outside sales reps covering your area. You will be responsible for product research, creation of customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing. You will also work with our staff to learn our product and service offerings.

Job Duties
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program operational procedures.
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication in person, by email and phone
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
- Develop warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, managing space requirements, and implementing needed changes.
- Supporting the sales team to procure equipment/supplies
- Completing quotations, maintaining records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software
- Ensure that items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to part numbers
- Handle packing activities such as putting items in boxes or crates and labeling them properly
- At least two years of related warehouse experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas, Electrical/Automation or Valve Automation industries is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to learn new products/applications and procedures
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Desire to learn and build personal skill-set
