About The Role :
Client is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Civil, Structural, and Earthworks components of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project in Corona, CA . This role involves providing technical and field support to project management and supervision teams to ensure that construction work is efficient, timely, and meets engineering standards .
Essential Functions :
Safety Compliance :
Follow company health and safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety .
Project Coordination & Execution :
Assist with construction layout, procurement of materials / equipment, manpower scheduling, and document control .
- Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with work plans, codes, and specifications .
- Provide in-field support to supervision and craft labor for smooth execution of construction activities.
Technical Support & Documentation :
Prepare and maintain construction documents, sketches, material requirement calculations, and status reports .
Quality Control & Compliance :
Verify that completed work aligns with specifications, permits, and project requirements .
Construction Oversight & Site Management :
Provide building control lines and elevations for accurate measurement and material installation.
Basic Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Knowledge :
Understanding of construction equipment, techniques, blueprints, building materials, and industry standards .
Skills & Abilities :
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills .
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience with water / wastewater construction projects .
