Responsibilities
- Provide attorney support by assisting with maintaining client files.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents.
- Communicate with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Engage in case management and track case progress.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the firm's operations.
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Education: High School Diploma required; college or university credits preferred.
- Experience: Two (2) years of office experience required (does not have to be in a law firm). A college degree may substitute for one (1) year of work experience.
- Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Word). Experience with Practice Panther, Basecamp, or Lawmatics is a plus.
